What is the date for Sex Pistol (the anime) to come out to watch?

I know it comes out this winter in Japan on DVD but I would really like to know a date that I'm would be able to watch it here in the U.S.A with subtitles. And maybe when Ai no Kusabi is coming out( the new one).

It could take up to two years. there is negotiations with the parent company and the distributor in the US, then comes the dubbing and at $250K an episode to dub, there is going to be reluctance unless they know they can recoup those costs
