Is this a genuine black metal documentary?

I saw this on Ebay, I never heard of it before, im just wondering if anyone has seen it, or knows the proper name to it?
I think its just a pile of clips thrown together. It says printed dvd disc in a protective dvd sleeve, that means its a copy, right?Should I chance it, or forget about it?

Sathan.. I know the one your on about, Black Murder Music on Rockworld tv, ive seen it loads but it dosent have Burzum really on it
